Investors Bank B.S.C. (c) was established in the Kingdom of Bahrain as an exempt company on 26 October 1997 and operates under an investment banking license (Wholesale Bank Islamic principles) granted by the Central Bank of Bahrain. The Bank commenced commercial operations on 15 June 1998. The legal status of the Bank was changed to a closed Bahraini joint stock company on 3 July 2005.

The Bank’s activities are regulated by the CBB and supervised by a Religious Supervisory Board whose role is defined in the Bank’s Memorandum and Articles of Association.... more
